We provide quality Italian or Carniolan packages and queens bee from Can-Am Apiaries in northern California. Linda and Leonard Pankratz are the owners of Can-Am and have provided packages to us for over nineteen years. Package bee day is special to Tate's Honey Farm as it signals the beginning of the bee season for many beekeepers and it is a special time for us as a family as my brother Cliff and his family, my son Jason and his family and all my grandkids come and help with the very busy day. So package bee day is a family affair. Also many of my Beekeeping friends show up and help.

We provide 3# packages with new queens from Can-Am Apiaries. We expect our packages to arrive April 12, 2014.  We are now taking orders. Remember packages arrive on Saturday April 12th and if you can't pick them up then please let us know and make other delivery arrangements. Please contact us early so we can insure your order will be taken care of. Emailing us is great all we need is name, address, contact phone number, quantity and what type you want. We will give you a confirmation by email. If pricing is not available when you order we call and confirm your order. when we share pricing you can change your order then. We encourage everyone to pay ahead of time so we can expedite you through the process. Remember we only take check or cash.

The local bee association Inland Empire Beekeepers is offering a free demo April 12, package bee day on installing package bees. There will be many sessions starting at 11:30 am until 4pm. It will be held at Spokane County extension offices at 222 N. Havana at the county fairgrounds. Attend one of the many sessions and then head over to pickup your package. Don't forget your bee suit.
